Davis Cup 2025: The lineups for the quarter-final between France and Belgium are known!
This Tuesday, November 18th, the first quarter-final of the Davis Cup Final 8 will pit France against Belgium in Bologna.
The serious business begins this Tuesday for the French Davis Cup team. Paul-Henri Mathieu's squad will face Belgium, in a remake of the 2017 final won by France.
Eight years later, a spot in the semi-finals of the new format is at stake. Just minutes before the matches begin, the three scheduled encounters were revealed.
In the opening match at 4 PM, Corentin Moutet, who was one of the main architects of the victory in Croatia in September, will face Raphaël Collignon. Immediately after, Arthur Rinderknech, a finalist at the Shanghai Masters 1000 last month, will take on Zizou Bergs.
If the score is tied after the two singles matches, the decisive doubles match will separate the two teams. Benjamin Bonzi and Pierre-Hugues Herbert will thus face Sander Gille and Joran Vliegen.
