"We are hungry, we really want to win," Bergs warns France in the Davis Cup
This Tuesday, Belgium faces France in the Davis Cup Final 8. Although France is the favorite, Zizou Bergs expressed his motivation for this clash.
In comments relayed by Tennis Actu, he stated: "Yes, on paper they are stronger than us. However, I think we have a lot of qualities in our team.
We have proven that we have guys who know how to play well in the Davis Cup; that's important because the format is different, the atmosphere is different too.
In that regard, we will be ready. We are motivated, we are hungry, we really want to win. Tomorrow (Tuesday), we will see with the atmosphere, the circumstances, how everyone reacts.
And we also have a good captain with us, who can help us with his experience. I am curious."
Bergs will face Arthur Rinderknech.
