Video - After his withdrawal in Basel, Humbert has arrived in Nanterre

Forced to withdraw in Basel, Ugo Humbert has indeed arrived to compete in the Rolex Paris Masters.

While there were uncertainties surrounding Ugo Humbert's presence in Nanterre, the Frenchman has indeed settled in the capital to compete in the final Masters 1000 of the year.

Injured in the back for several weeks, and forced to withdraw in the semi-final of the ATP 500 in Basel against Davidovich Fokina (7-6, 3-1, ret.), the French number one is expected to face the same Spaniard in his opening match at the "Paris La Défense Arena".

A finalist last year (defeat against Zverev, 6-2, 6-2), Humbert has experienced mixed fortunes in recent months. But in Stockholm, the 27-year-old player regained form by reaching the final against Ruud (6-2, 6-3).

Nevertheless, after this withdrawal, questions remain about the player's physical condition ahead of his first-round match.
