After 446 days, Bencic returns to the WTA Tour this Monday
The WTA 125 tournament in Angers gets underway this Monday, marking the return of Belinda Bencic, who had not played on the WTA Tour for over a year, following maternity leave.
The Swiss player has already played two ITF tournaments at the end of October and beginning of November.
She will face Patricia Maria Tig, a player who made it through the qualifying rounds. She will be keeping a close eye on her form, having withdrawn last month in the second round of the ITF tournament in Petange.
Her match is scheduled for 5.30pm this Monday in Angers.
