Alcaraz and Sinner can threaten the Big 3 records": Strong warning from former player Fernando Meligeni

Former Roland-Garros semifinalist Fernando Meligeni doesn't mince words: for him, Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner are building a dominance capable of challenging the Big 3's legacy.
Former ATP No. 25 and Roland-Garros semifinalist Fernando Meligeni gave an interview to Clay media where he speaks without holding back.
He was obviously questioned about the dominance of Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner, who have together won the last eight Grand Slams. The Brazilian claims they could threaten the numbers of the Big 3, often considered unattainable:
"When we played, in the Sampras and Agassi era, the top 10 was much more competitive than it was in the Big 3 era. Obviously, they (the Big 3) are the best players in history and that's why they stood out from the rest. But there was a gap with the fourth, Murray, and even more with the fifth and sixth.
Today, the difference between the top two and the others is huge. Alcaraz and Sinner, if they don't have problems, will be there for years. They'll be in eight out of ten finals. At the rate they're going, they're going to threaten the Big 3's record of 20-22-24. At the rate they're going... and if they want to do nothing else with their lives for twenty years.
That's actually what I consider the greatest triumph of Nadal, Federer and Djokovic: all three of them, besides playing tennis well, lasted 20 years and lived for the sport. Because let's be honest, you have to live for the sport. That was the argument made by Alcaraz in his documentary (My Way).
