Scheduled for the weekend of September 13 in Marbella, Spain will face Denmark as part of the 2025 Davis Cup qualifiers.

However, the Spanish team will have to do without its two star players: Alcaraz and Davidovich Fokina.

Indeed, the native of El Palmar has chosen to rest after his victory at the US Open (09/07/2025) and will return directly at the Laver Cup (September 19-21, San Francisco).

As a result, the selection led by captain David Ferrer will consist of Jaume Munar, Pedro Martínez, Roberto Carballés, Pablo Carreño Busta, and Marcel Granollers.

Favoritism?

Last year: Sinner seed 1, the organizers schedule Alcaraz on day 1, Sinner on day 2.

FYI- Ive never bought a single item from any of them after years of using your app, a goal that started as short term but has developed into long term.
