Arnaldi has found his new coach for the 2026 season
Matteo Arnaldi hopes to have a good year in 2026. The Italian, ranked 61st in the world, has not particularly shone this season.
Apart from a quarter-final at the Madrid Masters 1000 and a semi-final at the ATP 250 in Delray Beach, the 24-year-old player has lacked consistency. Moreover, Arnaldi made a strong decision in recent weeks by ending his collaboration with his coach.
Arnaldi has identified Petrone's replacement
Thus, he parted ways with his coach Alessandro Petrone, who had been working with him since 2020, last October. To prepare for the next season, the Sanremo native will now work with Jean-Marcel du Coudray. The Mauritian has good experience on the ATP tour and has worked with Nikolay Davydenko, Lloyd Harris, and Kamil Majchrzak.
