ATP Rankings: Sinner reclaims top spot, Humbert drops 15 places
The Rolex Paris Masters concluded this Sunday with Jannik Sinner's victory over Felix Auger-Aliassime in the final. This title, combined with Carlos Alcaraz's early loss to Cameron Norrie, has a major impact on the rankings: the Italian regains the number 1 spot and the Spaniard moves back to 2nd.
However, Alcaraz is expected to reclaim his throne following the ATP Finals since Sinner has 1500 points to defend while the Spaniard only has 200.
Thanks to his final, Auger-Aliassime moves up to 8th and gets closer to the ATP Finals: he will qualify provided Musetti does not win the tournament in Athens this week.
As for Ugo Humbert, his absence from the Rolex Paris Masters has heavy consequences: a finalist last year, the Frenchman loses 650 points and 15 places in the rankings. He finds himself in 37th place.
Therefore, Arthur Rinderknech becomes the French number 1 in the ATP rankings.
The complete rankings can be found on Tennis Temple, in the "rankings" section.
