Cincinnati Qualifiers: Mannarino and Atmane Advance, Cazaux Interrupted by Rain
The Cincinnati Masters 1000 qualifiers began this Tuesday. Adrian Mannarino made a brilliant debut by defeating Mitchell Krueger with a score of 6-1, 6-1.
He will face Dalibor Svrcina to try to enter the main draw. Térence Atmane also secured a win against Omar Jasika 7-5, 6-4.
He will need to defeat another Australian, Li Tu, to hope for qualification.
As for Arthur Cazaux, he lost the first set 6-4 against Mark Lajal. Unfortunately, the match had to be interrupted by rain and will resume this Wednesday.
