Collins launches merchandise targeting the Australian Open audience

Returning to competition at the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells, Danielle Collins once again made headlines during her first-round win against Hayley Baptiste.
Indeed, all members of her box appeared wearing orange t-shirts and caps with the following slogan: "Play tennis, cash checks, repeat."
A phrase that references her controversy with the Australian Open audience last January, where she stated that the spectators "paid her bills."
It is with the help of the brand Richsport that the American player was able to create this merchandise, as she explained to the website Tennis.com: "I sparked a lot of conversations around women's tennis and the fact that women can talk about money.
This brand is very focused on fun and bright colors, and that's what represents me. We (with the Richsport brand) were able to play with the design and the messages to come up with something that is truly faithful to me and my personality."
Collins also promises to give a gift to Novak Djokovic, who supported her during the Australian Open: "I haven't seen Novak yet during this tournament, but I will give him some merchandise."
