Cornet defeated in BJK Cup, France on the brink against Belgium
Victorious over Sweden but defeated by Turkey, France plays a major part of its future in the Billie Jean King Cup this Friday.
If successful against Belgium, the French team will be present at the end of the year to contest a playoff to attempt to return to the world group. Otherwise, Julien Benneteau's players will remain in Group I, which is equivalent to the second division.
