Djokovic cruises into Miami quarterfinals without a hitch

Djokovic emerged victorious in his eighth encounter against Musetti (6-2, 6-2) in Miami.
Under the watchful eyes of Serena Williams, the Serbian secured his 96th Masters 1000 quarterfinal and regained momentum after early exits in Doha and Indian Wells. He had not reached the quarterfinals of the Florida tournament since 2016.
The Serbian commented on his match, which was notably disrupted by the weather. He also mentioned the presence of several public figures in the stands:
"I wasn’t too frustrated by the weather. I was able to play and finish at a decent time. I’m very happy with my performance and my attitude on the court.
I tried to stay aggressive the whole time, which never gave him a chance to come back. He’s very dangerous if you give him time—he’s a very talented player.
Plus, it was nice having Serena in the stands, Del Potro in my box, and of course my coach Andy Murray. When I saw Serena, it was a real surprise—I was happy but also a little nervous."
Djokovic will face Korda for a spot in the semifinals.
