Djokovic Out of Top 15: The $21 Million 'Prize Pool' Ranking Revealed!

The ATP has revealed the distribution of the $21 million 'Prize Pool', a bonus rewarding players' performances and consistency in major ATP competitions.

30 players will share the colossal sum of $21 million, rewarding the top performers in Masters 1000 tournaments and the ATP Finals. Unsurprisingly, Carlos Alcaraz, a three-time Masters 1000 winner this season, sits at the top with 3,420 points, ahead of Jannik Sinner (2,350).

However, under ATP rules, any player absent from a Masters 1000 event has 25% of their total bonus deducted for each missed tournament. As a result: Alcaraz, who missed Madrid, Canada, and Shanghai, will incur a 75% penalty, and Sinner, who was suspended and then injured, will simply receive nothing.

Next, the pleasant surprise of this ranking is Jack Draper. The Brit, winner of Indian Wells and finalist in Madrid, secures a place on the podium with 1,960 points.

Behind the leading trio, several players were rewarded for their consistency: Lorenzo Musetti (4th) didn't win any titles, but his semi-finals in Madrid and Rome and his final in Monte-Carlo earned him a handsome haul of points. The same logic applies to Alexander Zverev (6th) and Daniil Medvedev (8th), both solid but without a standout win, accumulating semi-finals without clinching a title.

But the shock of this ranking is Novak Djokovic's disappearance from the top fifteen (17th with 1,080 points). The Serb, long the absolute master of the Masters 1000, is paying for his repeated absences and his complicated performances in this category of tournaments.
