After defeating Kopriva (6-4, 6-3), Jack Draper will face Moutet in the round of 16 at the Rome Masters 1000. Speaking to Sky Sport, the British player opened up about the daily struggles he faces in his career as a professional tennis player:
"We’re all human, and some days, we don’t wake up feeling our best. I’m the same—I get out of bed and sometimes I’m very angry and not in a good place for all sorts of reasons. Then I have to accept playing a tennis match with everything that comes with it, like the risk of losing points and so on.
I go through emotional ups and downs. It takes me some time to adjust to this situation, both mentally and physically. I want to keep going, but it’s sometimes hard to always be perfect."
