"Everyone knows how good a person you are": Hurkacz moved to tears by Djokovic's speech in Geneva
In the final of the ATP 250 in Geneva, Novak Djokovic defeated Hubert Hurkacz to claim the 100th title of his already legendary career.
During the trophy presentation ceremony, the Serbian had kind words for his opponent, who came close to victory by leading 4-2 in the third set:
"Thank you for being inspiring to me and to everyone as a human being. You are an amazing player, the entire circuit knows how good a person you are, but everyone here, who may not know you that well, deserves to know how good, kind, and respectful you are to everyone."
