France will play for survival tomorrow in the United Cup against Jasmine Paolini and Flavio Cobolli's Italy.

Fabrice Martin, captain of Les Bleus this week in Sydney, talks about his relationship with Ugo Humbert.

The doubles specialist, a finalist at Roland-Garros alongside Jérémy Chardy in 2019, has currently put his career on hold due to an elbow injury.

While waiting to return to the courts, he is coaching Ugo Humbert, as he explained to the United Cup website: "Ugo asked me to join him and work until the end of the year. We went to Asia together and it went well.

My elbow wasn't getting any better, so he asked me if I could join his team next season. So here I am, in Sydney, and I'm going to spend the whole year with him.

I've got to know him over the years; we played the ATP Cup together in 2021. We've always got on well.

He's a hard worker and I like his state of mind and the way he wants to improve. I think we really do our utmost to push him to his best level.

The project is very good. It's really exciting to be part of this team.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
