Gasquet and Monfils to play doubles at Roland-Garros?
Richard Gasquet is playing in the final season of his career this year, ending it at Roland-Garros.
Invited to appear on Canal+ for an interview, the former world No. 7 received messages from the famous Les Mousquetaires group, namely his tour colleagues and friends Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Gilles Simon and Gaël Monfils.
And Monfils, the only player still active with Gasquet, dropped a little information in the run-up to Roland-Garros: "Just a quick message to say bravo for everything you've done. An exceptional career.
Thank you for everything you've contributed to French and world tennis. It was a privilege to be at your side from start to finish.
In any case, we still have a little double to play together. You know Rich, see you soon.
Although nothing has been made official, it looks as though Gasquet will end his career with a doubles match alongside Monfils.
