Herbert among the players invited to compete in the Monte-Carlo Masters 1000 qualifiers
Just hours after announcing the four players awarded wild cards for the main draw (Gasquet, Wawrinka, Fognini, Vacherot), the organizers of the Monte-Carlo Masters 1000 have done the same for the qualifiers.

He hopes to return to the main draw in Monte-Carlo for the first time since 2019. The other players invited to compete in the qualifiers are Gabriel Diallo, Dusan Lajovic (finalist of the tournament in 2019 against Fognini), and Nicolai Budkov Kjaer.
It should be noted that Hugo Gaston could also join these four names, but it will depend on today's results in the quarterfinals of the tournaments in Marrakech and Bucharest. The Toulouse native was eliminated by Luciano Darderi in the Moroccan city (2-6, 6-2, 6-3) in recent days.
