Herbert Defeated by Shelton in Stuttgart Second Round

Pierre-Hugues Herbert faced a tough challenge in the second round of the ATP 250 in Stuttgart as he took on Ben Shelton.

After losing the first set in a tie-break, the Frenchman managed to earn four break points on the American's serve.

Unfortunately for him, he couldn’t convert any of them, unlike his opponent, who broke Herbert on his only break point of the set.

Shelton will next face Jan-Lennard Struff or Jiri Lehecka.
