I am very disappointed to miss this tournament," Boisson withdraws from Montreal.
After the euphoria of her victory in Hamburg, Boisson will have to wait a few weeks before returning to competition. Injured in her adductor, she has already announced her withdrawal from the Montreal tournament scheduled from July 27 to August 7. On Instagram, she reassured her fans about the situation:
"The last few weeks have been very intense, and unfortunately, I had an ultrasound this morning due to pain in my left adductor that occurred during the Hamburg tournament. It appears I need a bit more time to rest and recover in the best way possible to be competitive again.
I am very disappointed to miss the Montreal tournament because I was really excited to experience this tournament and city for the first time. It wasn’t an easy decision, but staying healthy is a priority for me. I can’t wait to come play in Canada in the near future.
