"I don't know if I'll play": Djokovic casts doubt on his participation in ATP Finals
After already skipping the 2024 edition, Novak Djokovic once again leaves uncertainty hanging over his presence in Turin. A statement during a press conference raises a question: will we see the Serb at the Masters this season?
Last season, Novak Djokovic decided to skip the ATP Finals, ending his 2024 season after his participation in the Six Kings Slam in October.
This year, the Serb might once again leave his spot to another player in Turin, as he revealed during a press conference before his debut in Shanghai:
"I've had a lot of success in Turin and at the ATP Finals, but I don't know if I'll play. I haven't planned anything. For now, I'll only play in Athens (ATP 250), but we'll see."
For reference, Djokovic is 4th in the Race and needs to earn 805 points to qualify for the year-end Masters.
