"I feel good physically and mentally," Sinner gives an update ahead of the Six Kings Slam

World number 2, Jannik Sinner was unable to defend his title at the Shanghai Masters 1000, due to cramps that forced him to retire against Tallon Griekspoor in the third round.
Sinner appears to have recovered physically after his withdrawal in Shanghai. The Italian, plagued by cramps, had to throw in the towel midway through the third set against Tallon Griekspoor in the round of 16.
Present in Riyadh for the second consecutive year for the Six Kings Slam exhibition, which he won last year, Sinner provided an update on his health before facing Stefanos Tsitsipas in the quarterfinals this Wednesday, October 15th.
"I'm happy, this is the second consecutive year I can play tennis here, we'll see what the atmosphere is like, but I'm happy. Every year is different and every year has its own stories.
There are very strong opponents and we'll see what I can do this year. I took two days off, then got back to work. I feel good physically and mentally, we are ready here and for the upcoming tournaments (Vienna, Paris, Turin, and the Davis Cup), and we hope to finish the year well.
Against Tsitsipas, it will be a tough match, he serves very well and moves very well, I will try to play my best tennis and we'll see what happens," Sinner stated recently for Super Tennis.
