I have the money that others don't," Sinner addresses his defense in doping case

Jannik Sinner had been suspended for three months due to negligence in a doping case. The Italian made his return at this year's Rome Masters 1000.
During a press conference this Thursday, the topic resurfaced thanks to a Polish journalist, who brought up the case of Kamil Majchrzak, who also qualified for Wimbledon's third round.
The Polish player had similarly been suspended for doping in a comparable case but faced a much harsher penalty (from November 30, 2022, to December 29, 2023).
In response, Sinner stated: "I was able to hire a very prestigious lawyer because I have the money that others don't, and I earned it through my own merits.
I followed the same process as other tennis players in my situation; I received no special treatment. My defense may have been more effective because I'm surrounded by the best.
The ITIA (International Tennis Integrity Agency) takes the same amount of time to respond to everyone. I know there have been controversial decisions in the past, but my case was analyzed in detail multiple times, and my innocence was always proven.
I repeat, if this had happened to me at 18, I probably wouldn't have been able to defend myself as I do now, when I have the necessary funds to build a strong team.
No different to the rich being able to afford private healthcare etc.
No, the agency didn't take the same time to respond to you, Mr Sinner. Just consider Simona Halep case.
