Elena Rybakina came close to eliminating Iga Swiatek this Sunday at Roland-Garros. Struggling with form lately, the Kazakh player managed to bounce back with her title in Strasbourg and her strong run in Paris.

During the press conference, despite the defeat, she chose to focus on the positives.

"I was playing at a very high level. Everything was landing in the court. I didn’t settle for long rallies. I took my chances on every shot. I’m happy to have reached that level.

Now, it’s about consistency and trying to stay at that level a bit longer than just one set. Like I said, I’ll try to focus only on the positive.

Overall, it’s a good tournament for me.
