"I'm going to have to get an MRI. But I want to play no matter what," says Paul

Tommy Paul had a major scare on Court 14 at Roland-Garros against Marton Fucsovics. Trailing 2 sets to 0, the American managed to stage a comeback and win in 5 sets.
However, his physical condition is far from good, as he revealed in an interview, with his comments relayed by *Punto de Break*.
He stated: "I've been dealing with various minor aches for a few days, the most significant one being in my groin.
I tried to shorten the points, I called a medical timeout to see if they could ease the pain and tell me I could continue without any issues, but in reality, they didn’t.
But I felt like I had so much more to give in this tournament. I see clay as a great opportunity, and I’m proud to have fought back while managing the pain.
I’ll have to get an MRI because I’ve been feeling discomfort for several weeks, but it’s gotten worse. I want to play, no matter what."
Paul is set to face Karen Khachanov this Friday in the third round of Roland-Garros, the same player he defeated last month at the Madrid Masters 1000.
