"I'm reaching the level of consistency I've been looking for," Swiatek says after her win against Collins at Wimbledon

Iga Swiatek is holding her ground at Wimbledon. In a tournament that has never truly favored her, the world No. 4 from Poland is having a very strong grass-court season so far.
After reaching the final at the WTA 500 tournament in Bad Homburg just before arriving in London, Swiatek has since strung together three wins to advance to the Round of 16. The latest came against Danielle Collins this Saturday afternoon (6-2, 6-3).
A satisfying revenge for her, having lost to the American earlier this year in Rome. After the match, she reflected on this victory and expressed growing confidence on grass.
"I’m very happy with my level of play. I think I’m reaching the consistency I’ve been searching for, and I feel more comfortable on grass than in previous years.
Having more time to train and play tournaments on this surface is crucial, but I’m also glad I can focus solely on playing point by point.
I try not to put too much pressure on myself and to adapt to whatever situations arise during matches. The match against Clara (Tauson) will be a big challenge for me.
She has great feel for the ball and is a very talented player. When she plays relaxed, she can hit winners from anywhere on the court. I’ll need to play my best tennis if I want a chance to win," Swiatek told *Tennis Up To Date*.
