Injured, Raducanu withdraws from planned exhibitions in December
Emma Raducanu has ultimately chosen not to participate in the two exhibitions scheduled for December 7th and 8th in Miami and New Jersey.
The 2021 US Open champion, hampered by a bone bruise in her right foot, has decided to withdraw from the event.
To replace Raducanu, the organizers have opted for Jessica Pegula, a major figure in American tennis and a former Grand Slam finalist.
Therefore, Raducanu will now make her return at the United Cup next January, where she will notably team up with Jack Draper.
