"Inside me, there's a storm, but you try not to show anything to your opponents," says Sinner after his victory over Rublev

Sinner once again displayed his impressive dominance with a commanding win over Rublev (6-1, 6-3, 6-4) in the Roland-Garros round of 16. Speaking to the press after his performance, the Italian reflected on the psychological aspect of such matches:
"Inside me, there's a storm, but tennis is very mental, so you try not to show anything to your opponents. I often observe my competitors and always try to understand how they're feeling. Early in my career, I often showed that storm, but now I do things differently," he said in an interview shared by Tennis World Italia.
Having secured his spot in the Paris quarterfinals, the world No. 1 will face Kazakhstan's Bublik, who pulled off a surprise win over Draper. Sinner will also aim to extend his remarkable winning streak since September 2023 (109 wins to just 9 losses).
