Insolite - Nadal to Federer after Laver Cup: Fucking Tiafoe!

It's one of the major media events of the moment on planet tennis. Retired since 2022, Roger Federer continues to make the rounds of the international media to promote his documentary. This documentary, dedicated to the last twelve days of the "Maestro's" career, reveals a little more about the legendary Swiss player's retirement.

Federer didn't just look back on the highlights of his career, or confide in us what he thought of his historic rivals (Nadal, Djokovic and Murray in particular). The report gave us an insight into the emotions experienced by the now-retired player, as well as revealing some rather magical sequences.

As a reminder, the Swiss player bid farewell at the end of a doubles match played alongside Rafael Nadal at the Laver Cup 2022. Beaten to the finish by Jack Sock and Frances Tiafoe (4-6, 7-6, 11-9), many fans were disappointed to see the legendary pair go down. A nice exchange between Federer and Nadal at the end of the farewell ceremony for the older of the two is well worth a look:

- Nadal: "All right, stop, let's stop this bullshit".
- Federer: "Imagine if we'd won the doubles (laughs)".
- Nadal: "Fucking Tiafoe (laughs)".
