During a press conference in Washington, Rybakina was asked about potential opponents she could face in mixed doubles at the US Open. Paired with Fritz, the Kazakh player admitted that playing against Sinner and Alcaraz would be an absolutely incredible opportunity.

"There’s a kind of once-in-a-lifetime chance to play against some of the best players in the world. I’d love to face Sinner or Alcaraz, to see how they hit and feel how the ball comes. But obviously, no player will be easy out there."

Meanwhile, the world No. 12 has advanced to the quarterfinals in Washington after defeating Canada’s Mboko (6-3, 7-5) in the second round. For a spot in the semifinals, she will face the winner of the match between Poland’s Frech and the legendary Venus Williams.

Favoritism?

Last year: Sinner seed 1, the organizers schedule Alcaraz on day 1, Sinner on day 2.

This year: Alcaraz seed 1, the organizers schedule Alcaraz on day 1, Sinner on day 3.

That means: 7 matches in 15 days for Alcaraz, 7 in 13 days for Sinner; and no rest day for Sinner between quarter and semis, 1 full day rest for Alcaraz.

TT- Your pop up ads almost make the app unusable.

FYI- Ive never bought a single item from any of them after years of using your app, a goal that started as short term but has developed into long term.
