Alexander Zverev secured his 500th career victory against Matteo Arnaldi at the Toronto Masters 1000. He becomes the first player born in the 1990s to achieve this feat.
In the post-match press conference, as reported by *Punto de Break*, he reacted: "It’s obviously a huge accomplishment in my professional career.

Not many players can boast about reaching this number of wins, so for me, it’s impressive. I hope I can reach 500 more, and I hope there will be many others (laughs).
When you turn professional, the dream is to play on the tour and be among the best, winning as many matches as possible.
Having already reached 500 wins fills me with immense joy and satisfaction; I’m incredibly happy about it.
