It's much better since yesterday," Sinner gives update on his elbow after Wimbledon victory

Qualified for his 4th consecutive Grand Slam semifinal, Sinner once again impressed against Shelton (7-6, 6-4, 6-4). Speaking to the organizers after the match, the Italian shared his feelings following this latest win:
"Of course, the emotions are very different compared to the last match (retirement against Dimitrov). Playing Ben (Shelton) is very tough—you always have to serve well. We’re getting to know each other better and better, so it’s always a unique challenge. When you’re young, you improve a lot and take big steps. Wimbledon is the most special tournament on the calendar, and being in the final four is really important to me."
The world No. 1, who injured his elbow in the previous match against Dimitrov, gave an update after 2 hours and 18 minutes of play:
"In a high-pressure match, you try not to think about it, but it’s much better since yesterday. I only hit for 20 minutes with my coaches on Tuesday, but I wouldn’t have used it as an excuse. In any case, the atmosphere helped me a lot today.
