Krejcikova and Efremova are the first wild-cards for the Clarins Trophy
The Clarins Trophy, referring to the WTA 125 event taking place in Paris from May 12 to 18, has just announced its first two wild-cards.
The first is Barbora Krejcikova, who hasn’t played since the WTA Finals in November 2024. She will then continue with the WTA tournament in Strasbourg, followed by Roland-Garros.
The second is Ksenia Efremova, a 16-year-old French rising star, who is also expected to compete at Roland-Garros via a wild-card.
