Moutet Qualifies for Queen’s by Defeating Rinderknech
Corentin Moutet and Arthur Rinderknech faced off this Sunday for a spot in the main draw of Queen’s.
It was Moutet who came out on top, narrowly winning with a score of 6-3, 3-6, 7-5. The Frenchman had to save two break points earlier in the set.
He will face Ben Shelton, Jacob Fearnley, Taylor Fritz, Gaël Monfils, or Alexei Popyrin in the first round.
As for Rinderknech, he can still hope for a lucky loser spot, thanks to Grigor Dimitrov’s withdrawal.
