The best match I've ever played," Alcaraz reflects once more on his monumental victory against Sinner at Roland Garros
A week ago, Carlos Alcaraz staged a stunning comeback against Jannik Sinner in the Roland Garros final, saving three match points along the way.
This final, the longest in the tournament's history, will be remembered for years to come. As he began training yesterday on the grass courts of Queen’s, Alcaraz shared his thoughts on the match's level with TennisTV:
"I don’t think I can reach a higher level than that. The level of that final, from both sides, was incredibly high. If I talk about myself, I’d say it’s the best match I’ve ever played. So that answers your question about the level I played at.
