Moutet wins his first round at Indian Wells by a hair
Corentin Moutet made his debut this Wednesday at the Indian Wells Masters 1000. He did not have an easy draw, facing Jordan Thompson.
Despite this, in their first encounter, Moutet won with a score of 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 in 2 hours and 40 minutes of play.
He was able to take advantage of Thompson's very low first serve percentage (47%), particularly in the third set (39%).
Moutet will face Holger Rune in the second round, who received a bye in the first round.
