Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard was due to face Aleksandar Kovacevic at the ATP 250 Marseille tournament, but withdrew.
This is the second week in a row that the Frenchman has withdrawn, following the Rotterdam tournament.
Still unwell after the Davis Cup, the Frenchman has decided not to take any risks with his health, ahead of the big events coming up.
