Müller Eliminated in Semifinals at Cap Cana
Alexandre Müller was defeated just short of the final by Aleksandar Kovacevic (6-4, 2-6, 7-6) at the Cap Cana Challenger this Saturday.
After comfortably winning his first two matches in the Dominican Republic, the Frenchman fell to the finalist of the Montpellier tournament. He had regained his composure after losing the first set, but it was in the tie-break that the American had the final say.
Kovacevic awaits Damir Dzumhur or Jakub Mensik in the final. Meanwhile, Müller will board a flight to Miami, where he will compete in the main draw of the Masters 1000 next week.
