Müller reveals the keys to his success: "In pre-season I trained with the best player in the world".
Alexandre Müller's start to the season has undoubtedly exceeded his expectations. Despite disappointments at the Australian Open, the Rosario Challenger and the ATP 250 in Buenos Aires, the Frenchman is shining.
After his first ATP title in Hong Kong, Müller qualified for the final of the ATP 500 in Rio. Asked about the key to his success, the Frenchman replies: "I trained with the best player in the world during the pre-season.
I think that helped."
Müller will take on Sebastian Baez at 9.30pm French time in a bid to win the second title of his career, his first in the ATP 500.
