Nadal Analyzes the Men's Circuit: "Jannik and Carlos Are at a Higher Level Than the Others"
Retired since 2024, Nadal left the professional circuit with one of the most impressive records in tennis history. Though the Spaniard is no longer on the court, he doesn’t hesitate to give interviews and share his thoughts on various topics.
In an interview with *La Gazzetta dello Sport*, the 22-time Grand Slam champion spoke about the Alcaraz-Sinner duo:
"Sinner has already won 3 Grand Slams. Over the last two years, he has made an incredible leap in his career, becoming a very confident and solid player with unbelievable potential. It seems that Jannik and Carlos are at a higher level than the others, and if they stay injury-free, they will be competing for the biggest titles for a long time.
I think for a country that loves tennis like Italy, having a player like Jannik was essential. And the Italian federation has done an excellent job because it’s not just him. Musetti, Berrettini, Cobolli—there’s a great generation of young and talented Italian players, something that comes from resources and hard work."
