Nadal replies to Djokovic: "Who said last dance?"
Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal will face off for the 60th time in their careers this Monday at Roland Garros in the 2nd round of the Olympic Games. A duel that could be their last face-to-face as the Spaniard seems close to retirement.
"We're going to shoot off a few fireworks on the court, just like in the good old days," declared the Serb on Saturday after his victory in the 1st round and before the Spaniard's, adding "I hope we'll meet because it'll probably be a last dance for both of us."
To which Nadal retorted with a simple "Who said it would be a last dance?". So the Majorcan doesn't seem to have totally given up on the idea of continuing his career a little longer than expected.
