Nardi takes revenge on Fucsovics... in the same tournament!

An unusual scenario at the ATP 500 tournament in Dubai. Luca Nardi and Marton Fucsovics battled it out for a place in the second round of the UAE event.
The Italian, a lucky loser, won in three sets against his Hungarian opponent (1-6, 6-2, 6-3).
The 79th-ranked player in the world has had a crazy couple of days. The man who eliminated Novak Djokovic at Indian Wells last year was drafted into the main draw.
Although Fucsovics was due to face Jack Draper in the main draw, the Briton eventually withdrew, which benefited Nardi, who replaced him.
However, Nardi and Fucsovics had already met in the final qualifying round of the same Dubai tournament, with the Hungarian winning in two sets (7-6, 6-4) on Sunday February 23.
Less than 48 hours later, the two men met again and Nardi took his revenge to reach the Round of 16, where he will face Zizou Bergs for a place in the quarters.
