Navratilova Speaks Out on Raducanu: "I Hope She Can Solve Her Coach Problem"

Raducanu showed great promise in Florida. The Brit performed well, reaching the quarterfinals of the Miami Masters 1000 before losing to Pegula (6-4, 6-7, 6-2).
After difficult recent months partly due to injuries, the 22-year-old player seems to be getting back on track.
However, earlier in the tournament, she announced her split with her coach—just days after they began working together. This has become a familiar situation for the world No. 60.
Raducanu has worked with over five coaches since her 2021 US Open triumph.
In an interview shared by *Tennis Up To Date*, former world No. 1 Martina Navratilova reflected on the Brit’s latest match. She discussed the young player’s potential and hopes she finds stability in her team:
"It's incredible that she finished the match given the playing conditions and the late hour. Not to mention the stress.
If she stays healthy and plays this well, she’ll be seeded at Roland Garros. I think she’ll climb the rankings enough to reach the top 30. The biggest question mark remains her health.
I hope she can solve her coach problem because she’s in a phase of transition. I think she needs to commit to someone and stick with them for a while to see how it works. If she plays like she did against Pegula, then there’s no limit."
