And to confirm that she's in top form, she conceded just four games in each of these matches.
On the other side of the net, Amanda Anisimova, ranked 41st in the world, is proving that she is gradually returning to the level we saw in her professional debut, having started her week with a victory over Victoria Azarenka, before beating Paula Badosa, Leylah Fernandez, Marta Kostyuk and then Ekaterina Alexandrova.
For bookmaker Vbet, Ostapenko is the favorite in this final, and given the level of play displayed by the Latvian throughout the week, we think it's wise to bet on " Ostapenko wins the match" at 1.60.
If you're a bit more of a gambler, you can also place a reasonable bet on ". Exact score (sets) : 0-2 for Ostapenko" quoted at 2.33.
Unplayable for the last three matches, this seems a possible scenario for this final, where Anisimova will need to be able to counter the powerful shots of the world No.37.
