The former world No. 1 was enthusiastic about the idea of these two legends teaming up, but felt that the timing was rather odd.
He said: "I understand that memes are fun, but there's no part of this project that's a joke. I don't think it's a vanity project. Hey, listen, is the attention fun? Is the buzz fun? Is it fun to know that you can create a storm in the tennis world and take over any story?
