Roddick praises Sinner again: "I'm running out of superlatives with him".
Always an admirer of Jannik Sinner, former world number 1 Andy Roddick once again praised the Italian.
Author of a fine season that saw him win the Australian Open, the US Open, the ATP Finals, three Masters 1000 and the Davis Cup, Sinner was the boss of the year 2024.
In his podcast, the 2003 US Open winner confirms that there is no equal to the San Candido native at the moment.
"He beat the best players in the world at the end of the season, while having this doping case hanging over his head.
I'm running out of superlatives with him. He's the best player in the world and I don't know if that's something to question.
Clay and grass are obviously very different. Carlos Alcaraz hasn't played the whole season, but we'll be focusing more on their confrontations as time goes by.
He's got a game that disturbs Sinner more than any other player at the moment," says Roddick.
