Roland-Garros 2025: Kyrgios Withdraws from Doubles Tournament, Mahut and Herbert Know Their Opponents
After the draw for the singles brackets, Roland-Garros proceeded with the men's doubles draw, which suffered from several last-minute withdrawals.
Several players have indeed withdrawn, including Nick Kyrgios. Registered for this tournament, the Australian, who has dropped to 636th in the world rankings in singles, was supposed to participate alongside his compatriot Jordan Thompson, but ultimately will not be able to take his place.
Jason Kubler replaces him and will be paired with Thompson. The two Australian players will face French players Quentin Halys and Albano Olivetti. Note that Nicolas Mahut and Pierre-Hugues Herbert, who received a wild card for what is the last Roland-Garros in Mahut's career, were not lucky in the draw.
The two French players, who won this tournament together in 2018 and 2021, will face the fourth-seeded pair composed of Simone Bolelli and Andrea Vavassori. Find the complete men's doubles draw below.
