Rybakina smoothly advances to the second round of Indian Wells

Elena Rybakina, the 2023 tournament champion, made a successful debut this Friday by defeating Suzan Lamens (6-3, 6-3).

In 1 hour and 25 minutes of play, the Kazakh player controlled her match, securing a break at the end of the first set and at the start of the second to advance to the third round of Indian Wells.

Without faltering and without having to dig deep into her reserves, Rybakina awaits the winner of the match between Irina Camelia Begu and Katie Boulter in the next round.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
