Eliminated in the first round at Indian Wells yesterday by Moyuka Uchijama, Emma Raducanu once again disappointed her fans and observers, recording her fourth first-round defeat in a tournament this season.

The 2021 US Open champion, the British player has been unable to create a positive spiral of results, especially in major tournaments like the WTA 1000 events.

Since the introduction of this format in 2009, she is the Grand Slam winner with the worst win percentage in this category of tournaments, with only 42.3% of matches won.

She ranks just behind Francesca Schiavone (42.4%). Next are Sofia Kenin (51.3%), Sloane Stephens (53.8%), and Jelena Ostapenko (54.7%).

Her current record stands at 11 wins and 15 losses in WTA 1000 events, which highlights her struggles to perform in major tournaments.

Thanks for the good words of support. And to d smith (cherrycoke) I am moved by your words and wish you had been around to experience what I'm referring to. As it is there are revolving groups of players each week. The ones in question might be moved out to another group 1 week in four. That means for 3 weeks of every 4 there is unfair play. If you are buying boosts the odds are greatly in your f...

There are a group of players who feel the need to win and spend a bunch of money to add boosts to their predictions. That is ok if they have it to spend. Many of us do not.

I feel these should have their own group(s). An extra 4-6-8 points makes a difference in a week. I don't want to play in unfair rules.

To me it's just a game. A good one at that. And the developer deserves to get paid. But se...
