Sabalenka on her anger towards her team: "They don't take it personally"
Aryna Sabalenka gave an interview for Alexander Sokolovskiy's YouTube channel. During it, she discussed her outbursts of anger that her team sometimes faces during a match.
She states: "All these emotions come out on the court. It wasn't even necessary to talk about it, but there was a kind of tacit agreement that they wouldn't take it personally. They understand that I need to release all of that.
I believe that if I keep all of that inside, the anger, the dissatisfaction with myself, with the whole situation, it will only get worse, and I will end up completely losing myself, with no way back.
So, it's easier for me to let it out, and very likely, it will end up being directed at the team, as we all know."
